Visions Place (Sycamore Street Apartments)
Specialized treatment services in a residential setting for individuals with co-occurring disorders of mental illness and chemical addiction or substance abuse.
Licensed by New York State Office of Mental Health, Visions Place provides a safe secure, 24-hour supervised residence and qualified staff for support, counseling and case management.

Program Criteria
- Men or women 18 years of age or older
- Must have a primary diagnosis of mental illness
- Must be homeless (HUD standards)
- Must be able to live in a community setting
- Must be willing to participate in treatment
