Finding care and treatment for substance use disorders can be a complicated process, but Cazenovia Recovery is here to help.
If you or someone you know needs support for their substance use disorder, call our Intake Team at 716.852.4331. They can also be reached by email at intake@cazenoviarecovery.org. If we don’t provide the type of treatment or service you need, we can connect you to another local agency that does.
Cazenovia Recovery offers residential treatment and support services to people with substance use disorders in Western New York. Typically, people in our programs have had long periods of active use and need support with developing coping mechanisms, support structures, and basic living skills.
We have a multiple levels of care that are designed to meet the needs of people in different stages of recovery. You can learn more about our different program models on our About Us page.
Placement in our most of programs generally depends on an assessment using the Level of Care for Alcohol and Drug Treatment Referral (LOCADTR) tool created by the New York State’s Office of Alcoholism and Substance Abuse Services. Programs that do not use the LOCADTR instead require an assessment using a vulnerability index.
If you’re experiencing an emergency outside of typical business hours, please call 911 for emergency care or 211 to learn of other potential crisis-based services in the area.
