Madonna House

Madonna House can serve 16 women in recovery and multiple children. Located on a restorative piece of property tucked away in the woods in Lockport, NY, the program offers women and their children an opportunity for rehabilitation away from possible triggers. The program is certified by the New York State Office of Addiction Services and Supports to provide Rehabilitation treatment. Madonna House also receives oversight from the Niagara County Department of Mental Health.

Hope is available for people with a substance use disorders, and a brighter future in recovery is possible. We believe in treating every aspect of a person’s journey in recovery. That’s why we offer a wide range of services all onsite at Madonna House, one of our Rehabilitation programs. These include:

• Substance use counseling
• Mental health counseling
• Vocational counseling
• Family counseling
• Basic primary medical care

In Rehabilitation, residents receive intensive clinical treatment each day. This can include group counseling sessions, individual counseling sessions, meeting with our onsite medical professionals, and more.

We recognize that everyone’s individual path to recovery is different. Our care reflects this as every resident chooses their own personal recovery goals and relevant recovery groups. Each person’s stay is unique and can vary significantly from a couple of weeks to a couple of months or more. It all depends on what each person needs.

Madonna House’s Facility

Admission Criteria

• Women 18 years of age or older
• In need of intensive substance use treatment 
• Must be enrolled in a Medicaid Managed Care plan
• Children residing onsite with their mothers must be preschool age or younger
