Amherst Station Apartments

Amherst Station is an environmentally-conscious facility consisting of one- and two-bedroom apartments designed to reduce the complex’s overall impact on the health of residents and on the community, such as energy usage, water consumption and carbon dioxide emissions. The apartments are affordable to families and individuals who meet HUD‘s income eligibility limits based on 50% of the area median income for family size. Total family income cannot exceed the income limit for family size and all income and assets claimed by a family must be verified.

Apartments contain between 850 and 1100 square feet of living space.

Staff from Cazenovia Recovery Systems are available to present to the community and local organizations about the apartments. Please contact our property manager at our Administrative Office for more information.
