Turning Point House

Turning Point House is located in Eden and can serve 30 men with substance use disorders. The program is certified by the New York State Office of Addiction Services and Supports to provide Rehabilitation treatment. Turning Point House also receives oversight from the Erie County Department of Mental Health.

Hope is available for people with a substance use disorders, and a brighter future in recovery is possible. We believe in treating every aspect of a person’s journey in recovery. That’s why we offer a wide range of services all onsite at Turning Point House, one of our Rehabilitation programs. These include:

• Substance use counseling
• Mental health counseling
• Vocational counseling
• Family counseling
• Basic primary medical care

In Rehabilitation, residents receive intensive clinical treatment each day. This can include group counseling sessions, individual counseling sessions, meeting with our onsite medical professionals, and more.

We recognize that everyone’s individual path to recovery is different. Our care reflects this as every resident chooses their own personal recovery goals and relevant recovery groups. Each person’s stay is unique and can vary significantly from a couple of weeks to a couple of months or more. It all depends on what each person needs.

Cazenovia Recovery is proud to be an organization that offers Trauma-Informed Care. Our staff members provide care that is sensitive to past traumas. We also create environments that are safe, trusting, and collaborative. Most importantly, we seek to empower each and every person in our programs.

Turning Point House’s Facility

• Located on four acres of wooded rural property
• Semi-private rooms
• Wheelchair accessible bedroom and bathroom
• On-site meals
• Recreation area

Admission Criteria

• Men 18 years of age or older
• In need of intensive substance use treatment 
• Must be enrolled in a Medicaid Managed Care plan
