Amherst Station Apartments
Amherst Station is an environmentally-conscious apartment complex. It consists of one and two-bedroom apartments designed to reduce the complex’s overall impact on the health of residents and on the community. This is accomplished by reducing energy usage, water consumption and carbon dioxide emissions. Apartments contain between 850 and 1100 square feet of living space.
The apartments are affordable to families and individuals who meet HUD‘s income eligibility limits based on 50% of the area median income for family size. Total family income cannot exceed the income limit for family size, and all income and assets claimed by a family must be verified.
Staff from Cazenovia Recovery Systems are available to present to the community and local organizations about the apartments. For more information, please email info@amherststation.com or call (716) 852-4367.
