Recovery Day in the Media

Recovery Day promotion is in full swing this week! Representatives from our agency have been all over local media recently, and we still have more to come.

Sue Green, Board Member, and Al Halley, Chief Operations Officer (pictured above), were interviewed about Recovery Day and the work our organization does on Channel 4’s “By The People” on Sunday, August 31. We will eventually have this interview posted on our upcoming YouTube Channel.

On Thursday, September 4, Al Halley was also featured on Channel 7’s “AM Buffalo,” which we will post soon, as well.

Besides television, Recovery Day has also been mentioned on the radio. A Public Service Announcement is currently airing on all Entercom Radio Stations, and this weekend will see two interviews on multiple radio stations. First, Al Halley and Todd Winship, Program Director of Supportive Living, will be interviewed on The Mary Davis Show on Saturday, September 6 at 6AM on WGR 550AM. This will also air on Sunday, September 7 at 7 AM on WWWS 1400 AM. Second, Jennifer Hatton, Program Director of Housing, and Scotty Burt, Relapse Prevention Specialist, will be interviewed on Townsquare Media radio stations (WYRK 106.5, WBLK 93.7, and WJYE 96.1) at 6AM on Sunday, September 7.

Recovery Day is also featured in the September issue of Buffalo Healthy Living on page 43, and you will hear more about an upcoming interview in the Buffalo News!
