Hands Across Buffalo
Posted on: May 24, 2014
On Saturday, May 17, 2014, Cazenovia Recovery joined hands with thousands of fellow Western New Yorkers to raise awareness about poverty in the area. Our agency was the first in WNY to sign up as a group, and over fifty staff, residents, and family members participated. Barbara Bowman BSW CASAC, a Counselor at Liberty Hall, was grateful to have her grandchildren’s awareness expanded due to the event. She said that events like these teach kids “so much and opens their eyes to the world” outside of their own area.
More information on Cazenovia Recovery participating in Hands Across Buffalo will be available in an upcoming issue of “The Cazenovia Compass,” our agency newsletter.
