Niagara County Clinical Office Move
Cazenovia Recovery Systems, Inc. has moved its Niagara County Clinical Office and its Supportive Living Program from 625 Buffalo Avenue in Niagara Falls, NY to 76 West Avenue in Lockport, NY.
The Buffalo-based not-for-profit organization operates residential programs for individuals in recovery from alcohol and substance use disorders. It merged with Fellowship House in January and continues those programs in Niagara Falls, Appleton, and Lockport.
The agency’s Niagara County Clinical Supervisor and Intake Resources Coordinator are in the Lockport location, as is the Supportive Living Program, which focuses on independent living skills and relapse prevention. The new telephone number is 282-8510.
“This move makes our location more central to our Niagara County programs and services and allows us to better serve the community,” Cazenovia Recovery Executive Director Suzanne L. Bissonette, said.
Founded in 1981 in Buffalo, Cazenovia Recovery provides comprehensive services to men and women in recovery, many of whom have co-occurring mental health disorders, and are homeless or at risk of homelessness. In 2015, 887 individuals, including 47 military veterans, were served, in four different levels of care: intensive residential rehabilitation, community residences, supportive living peer apartments and independent housing.
